This is a poem about the fragile leap between one thought and the next. It’s inspired by the way electrical impulses jump across synapses, where understanding can flicker, fail, and sometimes never arrive.
“Glitch in the Glow”
Flicker. Fire. Flash.
Tiny truth tumbling,
Travelling through.
A pulse.
It leaps.
It fails.
The space exhales.
A pause.
Between knowing
And knowing better.
A synapse sparks,
Then silences.
The gap grasps.
Truth? Gone.
Glitching in the glow.
Maybe wrong was how we’re wired.
Maybe meaning was meant to misfire.
